Brandon SD has a population of 8100+ and is located just 8 miles East of Sioux Falls, SD. It is a great place to live and raise your family. Their motto is "Building A Better Life". A new soccer complex was created in 2009 and McHardy Park offers soccer, volleyball, softball diamond, horseshoe pit and a sledding hill. a foot bridge crosses the creek and a handicapped fishing pier hosts a nice area for fishing. There is also the Brandon Golf Course which provides 18 holes and Hidden Valley Golf Course which is a par 3 9 hole course.
